The Fleur-De-Lys Mansion Policies
Strict adherence to these policies will help assure a pleasant experience for all our guests.
We respect your privacy and will not share your email address or personal information with anyone.
- Room Cancellations: For booking times that are not special-event related, we have a one-week cancellation policy with a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than one week before your check-in date, you are responsible for payment unless the room can be re-rented. Exceptions may apply when booking more than one room.
- Carriage Ride Cancellations: Carriage ride fees cannot be refunded. Rescheduling fee of $20 may apply.
- Massage Cancellation: There is a $25 cancellation fee for massages cancelled less than five (5) days prior to the scheduled massage time.
CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED WHEN LEFT BY VOICE MAIL. Only emails and calls made personally to the innkeeper is recognized for cancellation.
Check in and Check out
Check in is from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. Check out is by 11:00 a.m. Please note that for the smooth operation of our inn and the comfort of our guests, we must insist that any other arrival or departure times be agreed upon prior to your arrival. Please let us know if you need special accommodations.
A deposit equal to your first night’s stay is required at the time of room reservation. If you book multiple rooms, we may require the first night’s stay for each room as a deposit.
We are a smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed on the Mansion property. Please note that if you smoke inside the Mansion, you are subject to a $250 smoking surcharge.
We have a two-person per-room maximum. Additional guests may be accommodated in the Tower Grove Park Suite on a case-by-case basis at a cost of $40 per person, per night including breakfast.
Children and Pets
We’re sorry, but as much as we love them both, we cannot accommodate young children or pets at The Fleur-de-Lys Mansion. Well-behaved children 12 years and older are accepted and count as an adult occupant.
