The Fleur-De-Lys Mansion Policies

Strict adherence to these policies will help assure a pleasant experience for all our guests.


Cancellation Policy

  • Room Cancellations: For booking times that are not special-event related, we have a one-week cancellation policy with a $25 cancellation fee per rented room. If you cancel less than one week before your check-in date, you are responsible for payment unless the room can be re-rented. Exceptions may apply when booking more than one room.  

CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED WHEN LEFT BY VOICE MAIL. Only emails and calls made personally to the innkeeper is recognized for cancellation.


Check in and Check out

Check in is from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. Check out is by 11:00 a.m. Please note that for the smooth operation of our inn and the comfort of our guests, we must insist that any other arrival or departure times be agreed upon prior to your arrival. Please let us know if you need special accommodations.



A deposit equal to your first night’s stay is required at the time of room reservation. If you book multiple rooms, we may require the first night’s stay for each room as a deposit.



We are a smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed on the Mansion property except in designated areas in the garden.  Please note that if you smoke inside the Mansion, you are subject to a $250 smoking surcharge.


Room Occupancy

We have a two-person per-room maximum.  The Library room, located on the first floor can accommodate a 3rd person.  There is an additional cost of $40 per night including breakfast.


Children and Pets

We’re sorry, but as much as we love them both, we cannot accommodate young children or pets at The Fleur-de-Lys Mansion. Well-behaved children 14 years and older are accepted and count as an adult occupant.
